Students and staff set to perform in the upcoming Lift Your Voice showcase organized by Arts Homebase and the Black Student Success center

American River College students and staff will be showing off their talents in the Lift Your Voice Showcase on Wednesday Feb. 18, taking place in the ARC Student Center from noon to 3 p.m.

The showcase was organized by the ARC Arts Homebase with the support of the ARC Black Student Success Center, with food and drink being provided. 

“It showcases the diversity and the talent among our student population, and it brings everyone together for a great cause during Black History Month,” said Denzel Phoenix, Student Support Assistant with the Black Student Success Center in an interview with the Current. 

Students can watch the ARC community members take the stage with a variety of performing arts like dance, music, and poetry.
